At The Pilates Life we are dedicated to helping clients achieve a better-balanced body in a healthy and safe environment. We offer a variety of programs for all fitness levels and our small class sizes allow instructors to focus on your personal needs and goals.   We continue to update our classes so please go to our online sign up to see current classes and schedules.

Class Descriptions

Mat and Springboard Classes
Mat class adding the use of the Springboard. This class includes the great workout of mat, but adds challenging exercises for the legs and arms, with the use of springs. The mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level and build on the principals of core strength, precision and control.

Group Reformer
These classes are performed on the specialized Pilates equipment called the Reformer. The most utilized Pilates apparatus, this class provides a full body workout to help lengthen, strengthen and balance the body.

Reformer Jumpboard
Cardio workout on the reformer. Challenges the core and works the legs while getting your heart rate up.  Class size limited, check with your location.

Exo Chair
Step up your Pilates practice with the Exo Chair.  This apparatus delivers a challenging full-body workout focusing on balance and coordination.  Designed to stretch and strengthen muscle groups not easily reached by more traditional techniques and equipment. It includes many exercises that could previously be done only on a Reformer.  Must have prior Pilates experience to join this class.

Group Equipment class
A great all-around workout incorporating the use of mat, reformer and small props.  Get a little bit of everything in this class.

Healthy Spine – This class promotes core strength, balance training, and safe transitions throughout workout to keep your spine at it’s optimum health while promoting good bone building exercises. Reformer and Exo Chair are both used. This class is excellent for those with back conditions as well as osteopenia and osteoporosis.

The Booty Barre™ - The Booty Barre™ workout is a uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. You’ll firm, tighten and tone your whole body without adding bulk, and you’ll burn mega-calories along the way.

Yoga Fusion – Designed for all fitness levels–learn the basics of a successful yoga fitness practice while learning how to connect to your core. This class incorporates the benefits of both Pilates and Yoga to tone, strengthen and lengthen the body
